Personalized Treatment

Mental well-being is a deeply personal journey for each individual. Treatment will be tailored to your needs.

I am trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques (substance use, CBT, DBT, trauma focused, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, transference focused) to aid you in your mental health goals.

If you and I collaboratively determine medications can aid you to achieve your goals, I will provide you with the latest options on available evidence-based therapies.

De-Prescribing Program

If you are looking to safely change, simplify, or eliminate your medication regimen, I can help you.
