First Steps
1 Phone Call
Contact Dr. Sanchez-Cruz to set up a complimentary 15-minute phone call. If a full evaluation is recommended, we will schedule the Initial Consultation at that time.
2 Consultation
Dr. Sanchez-Cruz will meet with you for the Initial Consultation. This may take place over the course of a few sessions. Once complete, Dr. Sanchez-Cruz will advise if treatment is recommended, and develop a collaborative, personalized plan to meet your individual needs.
3 Treatment
Sessions are offered virtually and in-person on a weekly basis. All visits are 45 minutes in length.
Sessions
Prior to beginning treatment, Dr. Sanchez-Cruz conducts an introductory phone call to determine if he might be the right fit for your specific reasons for seeking care.
After the initial consultation, Dr. Sanchez-Cruz will make a recommendation for next steps, including type of treatment and session frequency.
If you and Dr. Sanchez-Cruz decide to move forward with treatment, he offers comprehensive treatment that integrates psychotherapy and medication management as needed.
All sessions (for psychotherapy as well as medication management) are 45 minutes in length.
